Signature of an annexe to the Agreement on bank guarantees with Alior Bank SA – fulfilment of the condition precedent

With reference to Current Report No 76/2015 of 20 October 2015 informing on the conclusion by Budimex SA of an annexe to the Agreement on bank guarantees with Alior Bank SA, subject to condition precedent, extending the period of use of the products and postponing the final repayment of liabilities date, the Management Board of Budimex SA announces that, on 22 October 2015, the condition precedent of Budimex SA granting to Alior Bank SA a security consisting of a declaration on voluntary submission to execution in the scope of cash considerations, having the form of a notarial deed pursuant to Article 777 of the Polish Civil Proceedings Code, was fulfilled.
