Construction of the DN700 MOP 8.4 MPa gas pipeline between Rembelszczyzna and Mory together ?with the infrastructure necessary for its operation – the bid of Budimex S.A. with the highest score

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 01 December 2022, the Gas Transmission Operator GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. informed the Company that the bid of Budimex S.A. received the highest score in the tender procedure entitled: “Construction of the DN700 MOP 8.4 MPa gas pipeline between Rembelszczyzna and Mory together with the infrastructure necessary for its operation”.

The aforementioned information does not mean selecting the bid of Budimex S.A. as the most advantageous one, as the procedure concerning the bid evaluation has not yet been finally completed.

Bid value: PLN 188,700,000.00 net

Works commencement date: from the contract date

Works completion date: 24 months from the contract date

Guarantee period: 36 months

Warranty period: 36 months

Advance payment: 15% of gross remuneration

Payment terms: 30 days from the day of delivery of a correctly issued VAT invoice to the Ordering Party by the Contractor

Bank performance bond: 5% of gross remuneration

Maximum amount of contractual penalty paid by the Contractor: 20% of net remuneration

Penalties payable by the Ordering Party do not deviate from market standards.

The parties have the right to claim supplementary compensation exceeding the amount of contractual penalties stipulated in the contract, in accordance with the general principles of the Civil Code.

Other terms and conditions of the contract do not differ from the market standards.

The bid value exceeds the threshold of PLN 158,224 thousand net.
