Conclusion of an agreement for the performance of market making tasks - the agreement coming into force

The Management Board of Budimex SA. in relation to the report no. 61/2022 of 18 October informs that due to a lack of objection reported by Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. [Warsaw Stock Exchange] the agreement with Budimex SA and  Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna, Branch – Brokerage Office of PKO Bank Polski in Warsaw on performance of a function of the issuer’s market maker comes into force on 2 November 2022.
