Design and construction of S10 Bydgoszcz-Toruń express road, section 1 from Bydgoszcz Południe junction to Emilianowo junction along with the extension of DK 25 – rejection of the bid

With reference to report No 73/2021 of 23.09.2021, report No 78/2021 of 16.11.2021 and report No 85/2021 of 14.12.2021, the Management Board of Budimex S.A. informs that it has received information about the rejection of the bid referred to in the above-mentioned reports. The Management Board of Budimex S.A. will take protection measures provided for by the law and will inform the market if the Ordering Party changes the above decision.
