Housing development at Sienna Street in Warsaw (19th District)

Construction of two multi-family housing buildings. Both buildings have a common, single-storey underground garage for 309 cars and from 5 to 11 floors above ground. The ground floor houses mainly commercial spaces, lobbies and car parks accessible from the street level, located below the inner courtyard. There are 296 apartments on the upper floors. The scope of works included the access roads and technical infrastructure, such as water supply, sewerage, district heating, power system, transformer station and telecommunication network. The development is equipped with all necessary facilities. The housing floor area is 16,000 sq. m, and the retail space is 3,000 sq. m. The contract won the 2nd award in the category of “Residential Buildings” in the “Construction Project of the Year 2011” competition. The net value of the project is PLN 83 million.
