Description of the project
The project consists of three buildings “A”, “B” and “C”, including one-storey underground garages, an internal street, utilities, lighting, car parks, pedestrians footpaths, children's play spaces, greenery, bin shelters, transformer station and a storage reservoir. "A" and "B" are seven-storey buildings and building "C" is an eight storey building. All apartments are equipped with loggias, balconies, terraces or minigardens on the ground floor. The total floor area of the buildings is approx. 29,000 sq. m, and the internal volume of buildings A, B and C – 125,000 cubic m. The total net value of the project is PLN 99 million.
