Dispatch and Distribution Centre of the Polish Post in Wrocław
Description of the project
A modern post terminal is located on a 15 ha plot of land at Avicenna Strreet in Oporowo, near the airport. The project encompassed the construction of eight facilities with a total floor area of 26,065 sq. m and volume of 219,826 cubic m. They included: the main terminal building with technical rooms, a three-storey office building, the gatehouse with the main entrance, power building, vault building, warehouse and buildings associated with wastewater management and fire protection. All the buildings are equipped with personnel amenities. The total net value of the project was PLN 70 million.
