Active Rehabilitation Park in Bydgoszcz

“Construction Project of the Year 2012” – an active rehabilitation and sports part at Prof. F. Łukaszczyk Centre in Bydgoszcz. The works included a change in the conversion of the former laundry building into a rehabilitation building, expansion and reconstruction of plumbing and drainage and other underground utilities Different materials were used in the construction of buildings (wood, reinforced concrete, steel). The main facilities of the Park include sauna, Jacuzzi and hydro-massage therapy rooms, sports hall, gym, a 25-metre swimming pool and a conference and training centre. This new development, constructed at the Oncology Centre, offers a wide range of rehabilitation services to patients of the Centre, as well as residents and persons and athletes with disabilities.  The floor area of the building is 10,000 sq. m. The net value of the project is PLN 34 million.
