Rolna Housing Estate

During the first stage of construction of the Rolna Housing Estate in Poznan, Budimex completed a six-storey residential building comprising 147 apartments with balconies or loggias. The construction area is 1.9 thousand sq m, whereas the useable area is 11.8 thousand sq m. The ground floor apartments are provided with small gardens and terraces. The estate also comprises commercial premises and an underground garage. The common area features children playgrounds and other leisure facilities. The building completed during the first stage of construction of the Rolna Estate was awarded prize in the Construction of the Year 2014 contest.
The investment was completed within 18 months.
