Reconstruction of the railway line No. 7 for Budimex

On 29 May 2017, Budimex concluded with PKP PLK the contract for modernization of a section of the railway line number 7 - between Pilawa and Dęblin.

The scope of works will cover works related to demolition, construction, reconstruction and extension of, including but not limited to, track systems and the subgrade, and access roads, traffic control systems, overhead line, 38 engineering structures, including bridges, flyovers, tunnels, culverts and underground passages. Platforms will be constructed, including their adaptation to the needs of disabled persons as well as buildings related to train traffic management and railway support facilities will be erected.

Time for performance is 22 months from the works commencement date.  The contract value slightly exceeds PLN 597 million net.
