Meeting with Budimex S.A. Management Board after the publication of the second quarter 2021 financial results

The Management Board of Budimex S.A., in order to maintain proper communication with the Company’s stakeholders and in compliance with the Best Practice for GPW Listed Companies 2021, invites to a meeting intended to summarise Budimex Group’s Q2 2021 financial results and discuss the current condition of the market.

 

The meeting will take place on 28 July 2021, from 10.00 to 12.00. The meeting may be held online or offline, depending on the pandemic situation. For now, we intend to organise the event offline, in Warsaw’s Hilton Hotel (63 Grzybowska Street, 00-844, Warsaw). If the number of participants exceeds the maximum number of people allowed, the Company will enable participation via MS Teams. In order to take part in the meeting, please send your requests by e-mail, to:

The deadline for sending the requests is on 23 July, at 12.00. Those who send their requests first will have priority in participating in the meeting offline. Participants shall receive information on the format of their participation on 26 July. A link to the online meeting shall be made available on the day of the meeting.

 

Teleconference programme:

  • 9:45 – 10:00 registration/signing in the conference room
  • 10:00 – 10:05 welcoming the participants
  • 10:05 – 10:45 summarising Q2 2021 financial results and discussing the current condition of the market
  • 10:45 – 13:00 Q&A session
