Budimex signed an agreement for the construction of Business Garden Wrocław

The project covers the construction of three office facilities and one restaurant pavilion with a common underground car park.
The value of the contract amounts to PLN 189.9 million net. The works shall commence on 8 December 2014 and shall be completed by 1 September 2016.
Business Garden Wrocław is a modern business park to be established at the Legnicka street, near the commercial and entertainment centre Magnolia and the Mikołajów railway station.
