Budimex signed a contract for implementation of a production and storage facility in Kobyłka

Budimex and Nuctech Warsaw Company Limited Sp. z o.o. entered into an agreement on implementation of the 2nd stage of construction of the production and storage facility in Kobyłka. The contract was signed on behalf of the General Contractor by Radosław Górski, General Construction Director of Budimex SA.

This stage includes construction of a production and storage shed with a personnel and office section and usable area of 5,460.27 m2, a test shelter, a caretaker’s lodge with installations and a storage reservoir for rainwater with volume of 160.00 m3. Moreover, a transportation system will be built with a fire route, pavements and car parks.

The investment is located in Kobyłka near Warsaw, in Napoleona Street.

The contract is valued at PLN 24.75 million net.

Completion of all works under the contract is planned on 12.04.2018. The permit for use will be obtained two months later.

Budimex has already implemented the first stage of the investment, for PLN 800 thousand. It executed a construction design, performed the required demolition and obtained a building permit.
