Budimex builds for IKEA

On 7 June 2016, Budimex signed a contract with IKEA Centres Poland SA for the construction of a commercial and office building as part of the Retail Park Franowo in Poznań.
The net value of the contract is PLN 76.999 million.
 
The new building with the total area of 27 thousand square metres will have one underground floor and two overground floors. On floor -1, there will be a car park housing 332 parking places.
The ground floor will be occupied by a commercial part together with maintenance and administrative facilities.  On the first floor there will be a “turnkey” office part, conference rooms, archive and technical facilities.
