Establishment of Budimex Dromex

As a result of combining Budimex Budownictwo, Budimex Poznań, Budimex Unibud, Dromex and Mostostal Kraków, Budimex Dromex, the largest general contractor in Poland is established, with personnel and contracting potential enabling implementation of the most complex contracts.

On 19 August 2002, Budimex Dromex is transformed into a joint stock company with Budimex as its sole proprietor.
