Annex to the General Leasing Agreement with Millennium Leasing Sp. z o.o.

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 26 January 2021 Budimex SA was informed about Millennium Leasing Sp. z o.o.'s signature of an annex to the General Leasing Agreement, the conclusion of and amendments to which were communicated by the company in current reports: No 52/2016 of 14 July 2016, 73/2017 of 6 October 2017,  No 5/2019 of 16 January 2019, No 60/2019 of 11 September 2019 and No 7/2020 of 23 January 2020.

Under the annex, the term by which the company may conclude individual leasing agreements with Millennium Leasing Sp. z o.o. was extended until 18 August 2021.

Other provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
