Dates for publishing periodic financial reports in 2021

Pursuant to § 80(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by laws of a non-member state (“Regulation”), the Management Board of Budimex SA hereby informs about the dates for publishing periodic reports in 2021.

Pursuant to §62 (1) and (3) of the Regulation, consolidated quarterly reports shall contain quarterly financial information referred to in § 62(1) of the Regulation, while a consolidated half-year report shall contain half-year condensed standalone financial statements referred to in § 62(3) of the Regulation. Therefore, in 2021 Budimex SA will not publish separate standalone quarterly reports and will not submit a separate standalone half-year report for the first half of 2021.

Pursuant to § 79(2) of the Regulation, Budimex SA will not publish a quarterly report or a consolidated quarterly report for the last quarter of 2020 and the second quarter of 2021.

Dates for publishing the reports:

1. Annual reports:

• annual report of Budimex SA for 2020 – 25 March 2021

• consolidated annual report of the Budimex Group for 2020 – 25 March 2021

2. Consolidated quarterly reports of the Budimex Group:

• for the first quarter of 2021 – 30 April 2021

• for the third quarter of 2021 – 27 October 2021

3. Consolidated report of the Budimex Group for the first half of 2021 – 13 August 2021

The Management Board also informs that due to the fact that Ferrovial SA (i.e. the parent company of Budimex SA) publishes consolidated financial statements containing financial data of the Budimex Group, selected financial data from the consolidated annual report of the Budimex Group for 2020 will be published on 24 February 2021, while selected financial data from the consolidated half-year report of the Budimex Group for the first half of 2021 will be published on 26 July 2021.
