Pre-sales and sales of apartments in the 1st half of 2020

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that in the 1st half of 2020, Budimex Nieruchomości Sp. z o. o. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Budimex S.A.) concluded 816 preliminary agreements on the sale of residential premises, compared to 731 agreements concluded in the 1st half of 2019.

In turn, the number of notarial deeds transferring the ownership of residential premises concluded in the 1st half of 2020 amounted to 622, compared to 947 deeds concluded in the 1st half of 2019.

The good apartment pre-sale figures (816 agreements) are mainly attributable to sustained demand for apartments in the largest Polish cities. The number of concluded notarial deeds is in line with the hand-over schedule assumed by the Company for 6 months of 2020. Both figures are a testament to positive attitude of consumers and confirm that demand for apartments is high.
