Pre-sales and sales of flats in the 4th quarter of 2019

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that in the 4th quarter of 2019, Budimex Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Budimex SA) concluded 369 agreements on the preliminary sale of residential premises compared to 398 agreements concluded in the 4th quarter of 2018. In the period from January to December 2019, the company concluded 1,655 similar agreements compared to 1,208 agreements concluded in the previous year.

The number of notarial deeds transferring the ownership to residential premises concluded by the company in the 4th quarter of 2019 amounted to 305 compared to 337 deeds concluded in the 4th quarter of 2018. In the period from January to December 2019, the company concluded 1,534 similar deeds compared to 1,672 deeds concluded in the previous year.
