Annex to the General Leasing Agreement with Millennium Leasing Sp. z o.o

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 16 January 2019 Budimex SA was informed about Millennium Leasing Sp. z o.o.'s signature of an annex to the General Leasing Agreement, the conclusion of and amendments to which were communicated by the company in current reports: No 52/2016 of 14 July 2016 and 73/2017 of 6 October 2017.

Under the annex, the term by which the company may conclude individual leasing agreements with Millennium Leasing Sp. z o.o. was extended until 16 August 2019.

Other provisions of the Agreement remain unchanged.
