Estimated Budimex Group consolidated net profit for 4 quarter 2018

The Management Board of Budimex SA informs that the consolidated net financial result of Budimex Group for the fourth quarter of 2018 was PLN 75 million which represents a decrease of PLN 52 million (-41%) compared to the respective period of the previous year. Construction segment net profit for the fourth quarter of 2018 was PLN 50 million which represents a decrease of PLN 67 million (-57%) compared to the respective period of the previous year. Abovementioned financial data has not been audited yet.

The decrease in the consolidated net profit in construction segment results mainly from the unpredictable increase in material and services prices and lack of effective indexation mechanism in long-term projects.  

Publishing the abovementioned piece of information is the result of a significant change in the level of the net financial result within the given period.
