Annex to the Insurance Warranty Grant with Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Ergo Hestia SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA reports that on 1 February 2012 the Company signed with Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Ergo Hestia, located in Sopot, an annex to the agreement concerning cooperation in providing insurance guarantees within the granted guarantee limit of 18 May 2009, which the Company reported in Current Report No. 01/2011 and No. 19/2011.
Pursuant to the Annex:
It was agreed that the total amount of all guarantees established under the agreement shall not exceed 130,000,000 PLN.
Other provisions of the Contract remain unchanged.
The Contract value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
