Construction of an office building complex, Libra Business Centre – expiry of the conditional contract

With regard to Current Report No. 26/2010 of 25 March 2010, No. 59/2010 of 23 July 2010, No. 42/2011 of 20 May 2011, No. 59/2011 of 4 July 2011, No. 70/2011 of 29 July 2011, No. 80/2011 of 26 September 2011 and No. 84/2011 of 10 October 2011, the Management Board of Budimex SA reports that because of the non-fulfilment within the prescribed period of the condition consisting of the investor, i.e. Palatium Sp. z o.o. Sk with its registered office in Warsaw, submitting a bank statement confirming the financial security held by the investor, the contract on the construction of the Libra Business Centre STAGE II expired on 26 January 2012.
The parties are holding talks regarding a new contract for the implementation of this investment.
