Signing of an Annex to the Multi-Purpose Line-of-Credit Agreement with BNP Paribas Bank Polska SA

With regard to current report no. 20/2008 of 28 April 2008 informing on the conclusion of a multi-purpose line-of-credit agreement with Fortis Bank Polska SA (currently BNP Paribas Bank Polska SA), and to current reports no. 31/2009 of 27 April 2009, 40/2009 of 28 May 2009, 50/2009 of 30 June 2009, 55/2009 of 22 July 2009 and 62/2010 of 5 August 2010 informing on the conclusion of subsequent annexes to this agreement, the Management Board of Budimex SA hereby reports that on 26 July 2011 the company received information on signing the Changes no. 9 of 25 July 2011 to the Multi-purpose Line-of-Credit Agreement of 25 April 2008 document by Fortis Bank Polska SA.
Under the document the new expiry date of the contract is 1 August 2012.
Other provisions of the contract remain unchanged.
