Signing of an annex to the Credit Contract with Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank

The Management Board of Budimex SA reports that on 7 June 2011 it received from the bank Credit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank (formerly Calyon SA Oddział w Polsce) a signed annex to the Credit Contract. Budimex informed about concluding this Contract in Current Report no. 56/2008 of 13 October 2008 and in the following reports: 44/2009 of 8 June 2009, 56/2009 of 24 July 2009, 75/2009 of 1 September 2009, 2/2010 of 18 January 2010, 30/2010 of 6 April 2010, 40/2010 of 10 May 2010 and 35/2011 of 28 April 2011
The annex specifies a new expiry date of the Contract of 31 May 2012.
Other provisions of the Contract remain unchanged.
The Agreement value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
