Signing an addendum to the contract on bank guarantees with Societe Generale SA Branch in Poland
The Management Board of Budimex SA reports that on 10 March 2011 it was informed by Societe Generale SA Branch in Poland about signing an addendum to the contract on bank guarantees, reported by Budimex in Current Report No. 17/2010 of 2 March 2010
The addendum extends the term of the contract until 29 April 2011.
Other provisions of the contract remain unchanged.
The contract value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
