Signing of an annexe to the Commission Contract for Periodic Contract Insurance Guarantee concluded with PZU SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA reports that on 31 January 2011 Annexe no. 6 of 24 January 2011 was signed for the Commission Contract for Periodic Contract Insurance Guarantee of 8 May 2007 (the “Contract”).
Pursuant to the Annexe:

• the limit of PLN 69,500,000 has been established to which PZU SA may issue contract guarantees
• the Contract was renewed by 23 January 2012.

Other provisions of the Contract remain unchanged.
Material conditions of the Contract, including financial ones, are similar to market conditions.
The contract value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
