The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 27 October 2010 the company was informed of the purchase of shares of Budimex SA by an entity closely related to a member of the Budimex SA Supervisory Board.
Transaction details:

• During the trading session on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 21 October 2010, 4,114 of Budimex SA shares were purchased at PLN 96.00 per share. Total value of the transactions was PLN 394,944.00.
• During the trading session on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 22 October 2010, 1,118 of Budimex SA shares were purchased at PLN 96.59 per share. Total value of the transactions was PLN 107,987.62.
