Delayed disclosure of information

With reference to current report no. 19/2010 dated 9 March 2010, the Management Board of Budimex SA makes public the information that Centrum Konferencyjno-Szkoleniowe Olimp Sp. z o.o. is the Contractor presently being the other party to the agreement described in detail in the report referred to above (formerly Adamed Sp. z o.o., Warsaw branch, acted in this capacity). Delayed disclosure of details of the other party to the agreement was in pursuance of the enforceable provisions of the law, Article 57 of the Act on Public Offering and Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading and Public Companies.
