Signing of an Annex to the multi-purpose line-of-credit agreement with Fortis Bank Polska SA

With regard to current report no. 20/2008 of 28 April 2008 informing on the conclusion of a multi-purpose line-of-credit agreement with Fortis Bank Polska SA, and to current reports no. 31/2009 of 27 April 2009, 40/2009 of 28 May 2009, 50/2009 of 30 June 2009 and 55/2009 of 22 July 2009 informing on the conclusion of subsequent annexes to this agreement, the Management Board of Budimex SA hereby reports that on 5 August 2010 the company received information on signing document Changes no. 6 of 29 July 2010 to the Multi-purpose Line-of-credit Agreement of 25 April 2008 by Fortis Bank Polska SA.
Under the document the new expiry date of the contract is 27 August 2010.
Other provisions of the contract remain unchanged.
