Change of the date of conclusion of the dispositive agreement on the transfer of shares of Budimex Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o.

In relation to current report No 42/2020 of 3 July 2020, report No 53/2020 of 28 August 2020, report No 57/2020 of 29 September 2020, report No 68/2020 of 24 November 2020, report No 73/2020 of 30 December 2020, report No 10/2021 of 15 February 2021, report No 11/2021 of 22 February 2021, report No 12/2021 of 22 February 2021, report No 13/2021 of 22 February 2021 and report No 38/2021 of 29 April 2021, the Management Board of Budimex SA announces that, in connection with the request made by CP Developer S.ar.l. with its registered office in Luxembourg, that is the entity which, under the Agreement dated 22 February 2021, undertook to purchase the shares in Budimex Nieruchomości sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, pointing out technical aspects regarding the preparation of the final version of financial documentation, the Parties have set a new date for closing the transaction on 24 May 2021.
