Dates for publishing periodic financial reports in 2020

Pursuant to § 80(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by laws of a non-member state (“Regulation”), the Management Board of Budimex SA hereby announces the dates for publishing periodic reports in 2020.

Pursuant to §62(1) and § 62(3) of the Regulation, consolidated quarterly reports and a consolidated half-year report shall include quarterly and half-year condensed standalone financial statements, respectively. Therefore, in 2020 Budimex SA will not publish condensed separate quarterly reports or a condensed separate half-year report for the first half of 2020.

Pursuant to § 61(1,2,3) and § 79(10) of the Regulation, Budimex SA will publish consolidated statements on payments made to public administration together a consolidated annual report.

Pursuant to § 79(2) of the Regulation, Budimex SA will not publish a quarterly report or a consolidated quarterly report for the last quarter of 2019 and the second quarter of 2020.

Dates for publishing the reports:

1. annual report of Budimex SA for 2019 – 26 March 2020

2. consolidated annual report of the Budimex Group for 2019 – 26 March 2020

3. consolidated quarterly reports of the Budimex Group:

   – for the first quarter of 2020 – 28 April 2020

   – for the third quarter of 2020 – 28 October 2020

4. consolidated report of the Budimex Group for the first half of 2020 – 25 August 2020

At the same time, the Management Board would like to announce that due to the need to provide the strategic investor with financial data, selected financial data from the consolidated financial statements of the Budimex Group for 2019 will be published on 26 February 2020 and data from the financial statements for 6 months of 2020 will be published on 29 July 2020.
