"The management of 50 000 Mg of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01 coming from the area of the city of Łódź in the period from 1 January 2020 to 30 June 2021" - signing of the contract of FBSerwis Kamieńsk sp. z o.o.

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 31 December 2019 the contract has been concluded between FBSerwis Kamieńsk sp. z o.o., an indirect subsidiary of Budimex S.A. (80% of shares) an the City of Łódź, for "The management of 50 000 Mg of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste with code 20 03 01, coming from the area of the city of Łódź, in the period from 1 January 2020 to 30 June 2021.”

The information that our bid was selected as the most advantageous one was published on 23 December 2019 in the current report No 77/2019.

Contract value: PLN 33,750,000 net.

The above mentioned bid has caused that the total value of orders with the same Ordering Party in the last 12 months amounted to PLN 150,629,315.5 net.

Terms of the highest value contract:

Contract value: PLN 33,750,000 net.

Date of commencement of the service provision: 1 January 2020

Date of completion of the service provision: 30 June 2021

Payment terms: 30 days from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party of a properly issued VAT invoice the Contractor. Remuneration payable for monthly periods, based on the quantity of waste received for processing.

Guarantee of proper performance of the contract: 3 % of the gross value of the contract

The bid covers the management of 50 000 tonnes of mixed (unsegregated) waste coming from the city of Łódź. The contractor's obligation is, among others, to achieve the 7% recycling level and reduce the amount of biodegradable waste directed to landfill.

The maximum value of the contractual penalty paid by the Ordering Party: 10 % of the gross value of the contract

Contractual penalties payable by the Contractor do not deviate from market standards.

Penalties payable by the Ordering Party do not deviate from market standards.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to seek damages under general rules, if the amount of damage exceeds the agreed contractual penalty.

Other terms and conditions of the contract do not differ from the market standards.

Total value of contracts signed between Budimex and its subsidiaries and the City of Łódź, including the bid value, exceeds the threshold of PLN 147,743 thousand net.
