Pre-sales and sales of flats in the 1st quarter of 2019

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that in the 1st quarter of 2019, Budimex Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Budimex SA) concluded 265 agreements on the preliminary sale of residential premises compared to 270 agreements concluded in the 1st quarter of 2018.

The number of notarial deeds transferring the ownership to residential premises concluded by the company in the 1st quarter of 2019 amounted to 601 compared to 688 deeds concluded in the 1st quarter of 2018.
