Change of publication date for Budimex annual reports

Pursuant to § 103 (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognising the information required under the laws of a non-member state, as amended ("Regulation"), as well as with reference to report no. 4/2014 of 20 January 2014, the Management Board of Budimex SA announces a change to the publication date for the annual reports of Budimex SA and the Budimex Group in 2013.
The annual report of Budimex SA and the consolidated annual report of the Budimex Group for 2013 will be published on 12 March 2014 instead of 20 March 2014.
