Change in the shareholder structure of Budimex SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 25 February 2014 it received a notification from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU SA in which PTE PZU SA, on behalf of Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU Złota Jesień (OFE), announced that, as a result of selling Budimex SA shares at the WSE on 12 February 2014, the number of shares held by OFE fell below the 5% threshold of votes at the Budimex General Meeting. Before the change, OFE held 1,279,269 shares, accounting for a 5.01% share in Budimex share capital and representing 1,279,269 votes and a 5.01% share in the total number of votes. Following the change, OFE PZU Złota Jesień now holds 1,213,075 shares, which accounts for 4.75% of the share capital in Budimex SA and translates into 1,213,075 votes held and a 4.75% share in the total number of votes.
