Annex signed to the credit facility agreement with ING Bank Śląski

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 19 February 2014 the company was informed by ING Bank Śląski SA about the signing of an annex to the confirmed short-term loan agreement, which the company announced in current report no. 10/2013 dated 19.02.2013.
According to the annex the bank has extended the agreement until 18 February 2015.
The remaining provisions of the Agreement shall not be amended.
The contractual value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
