Signing of an annex to the bank guarantee agreement with Societe Generale SA

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that it received a notice from the Polish branch of Bank Societe Generale S.A. on signing an annex to the bank guarantee agreement with Budimex S.A., an agreement mentioned in current report nos. 37/2011 of 4 May 2011, 72/2011 of 2 August 2011, 25/2012 of 8 May 2012, 75/2012 of 28 November 2012, 32/2013 of 25 April 2013 and 62/2013 of 1 October 2013.
Pursuant to the annex, the limit up to which Budimex may order the Bank to issue guarantees was increased from PLN 115,000,000 (in words: one hundred and fifteen million zloty) to PLN 165,000,000 (in words: one hundred and sixty-five million zloty) and the agreement was extended until 28 November 2014.
Other provisions of the agreement remain unchanged.
The contractual value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
