Resignation of a Supervisory Board Member
The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 7 February 2014 it received a statement from Mr Maciej Stańczuk indicating that, as of 7 February 2014, he resigns from his position as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Budimex SA. Mr Maciej Stańczuk explained that his resignation was motivated by his intention to take up employment interfering with his function as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Budimex SA.
