Signing of an annex to the agreement for the provision of contract guarantees with TU Euler Hermes SA

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 24 January 2014 Budimex SA signed the annex of 23 December 2013 to the Contract Guarantee Agreement within the renewable limit of 28 August 2008 concluded with Euler Hermes SA Insurance Company, which was announced in current report no. 65/2009 of 7 August 2009.
The contractual line limit is PLN 50,000,000 (fifty million).
Pursuant to the annex, the deadline within which the Company may order the Insurance Company to issue contract insurance guarantees has been prolonged until 22 December 2014.
Other provisions of the loan agreement remain unchanged.
The contractual value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
