Deadlines for publishing interim financial reports in 2014

Pursuant to § 103(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognising the information required under the laws of a non-member state as equivalent (as amended) (the "Regulation"), the Management Board of Budimex S.A. hereby announces deadlines for publishing interim financial reports in 2014.
Pursuant to § 83(1) and § 83(3) of the Regulation, consolidated quarterly reports and consolidated half-yearly reports shall include abbreviated individual financial statements for three-month and six-month periods respectively. Consequently, in 2014, Budimex S.A. will not publish separate individual quarterly reports and will not publish a separate individual half-yearly report for the first half of 2014.
Pursuant to § 102(1) of the Regulation, Budimex SA will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for the 4th quarter of 2013 and, pursuant to § 101(2) of the Regulation, the Company will not submit a consolidated quarterly report for the 2nd quarter of 2014.

  • Budimex S.A. annual report for 2013 – 20 March 2014
  • Budimex Group consolidated annual report for 2013 – 20 March 2014
  • Budimex Group consolidated quarterly reports:
    - for the 1st quarter of 2014 – 29 April 2014
    - for the 3rd quarter of 2014 – 29 October 2014
  • Budimex Group consolidated report for the first half of 2014 – 29 August 2014
• At the same time, the Management Board announces that, due to the need to submit the financial data to the strategic investor, selected financial data from the Budimex Group consolidated financial statement for 2013 will be published on 24 February 2014,
• while data for the first 6 months of 2014 will be published on 25 July 2014.
