Budimex SA signs an amendment to facility agreement with BNP Paribas Bank Polska SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA informs that on 29 October 2013 it signed with BNP Paribas Bank Polska SA an amendment to the Guarantee Facility Agreement of 25 April 2008, about which Budimex had informed in the current report No 20/2008 dated 28 April 2008.
Pursuant to that document BNP Paribas Bank Polska SA extended the facility validity period until 30 November 2013.
The other terms of the agreement remain unchanged.
The value of the agreement exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
