Extension of the “Galeria Pomorska” Commercial Centre in Bydgoszcz - fulfilment of conditions precedent to the agreement

In reference to the current report No 39/2013 of 11 June 2013 informing about signing a conditional agreement on the extension of the “Galeria Pomorska” Commercial Centre in Bydgoszcz – external works, construction of a new car park complete with new roads layout, and reconstruction of the commercial space, the Management Board of Budimex SA notifies that on 23 October 2013 they received a letter from the Investor – Pomorska Investments Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw – informing about the fulfilment on 22 October 2013 of conditions precedent to the agreement, which means that:

• the Investor has obtained the building permit,
• the Investor has obtained the consent of Carrefour for the performance of the works,
• the Investor has entered into a credit agreement for the finance of the project.

Therefore, the agreement came into force on 22 October 2013 and is going to be completed by 2 April 2015, providing that the latest deadline for the obtainment of a valid permit for use is 28 April 2015.
