Signing an annex to the contract on bank guarantees with Societe Generale SA, Polish Branch

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 30 September 2013 it concluded an annex to the Bank Guarantee Agreement with the Polish branch of Societe Generale S.A. The Company reported on this Agreement in Current Report Nos. 37/2011 of 4 May 2011, 72/2011 of 2 August 2011, 25/2012 of 8 May 2012, 75/2012 of 28 November 2012 and 32/2013 of 25 April 2013.
Pursuant to the annex, the Agreement was extended until 31 December 2013.
The remaining terms of the agreement remain unchanged.
The contractual value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
