Protecting the sea coast in Wicko Morskie - a new contract of Budimex SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 30 August 2013 a contract for the protection of the sea cost within the limits of the Central Air Force Training Area Wicko Morskie was signed with the State Treasury - Sea Authority in Słupsk.

• Net contract value: PLN 40,545,638.00
• Commencement date: on the date of concluding the contract
• Works completion date: 30.04.2015.
• Term of guarantee: 60 months
• Financial conditions:
  • Payment: 30 days from the delivery of the invoice to the Contracting Authority.
  • Performance bond: 10% of the gross contract value
• Liquidated damages paid by the contractor:
  • PLN 10,000 for each commenced day of delay in implementing the planned construction works
  • 5% of the net contract value for withdrawing from the contract for reasons attributable to the contractor
    Liquidated damages paid by the contracting authority:
  • 5% of the net contract value for withdrawing from the contract for reasons attributable to the contracting authority
• The contractor has the right to claim compensation in excess of the liquidated damages.

The contract value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
