Signing of an annex to the credit agreement with Credit Agricole Bank Polska SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 30 August 2013, it was notified of the fact that on 29.08.2013, Credit Agricole Bank Polska SA signed an annex to the credit agreement, whose conclusion was announced by Budimex in current report no. 56/2008 of 13 October 2008, and in the following reports: 44/2009 of 8.06.2009; 56/2009 of 24.07.2009; 75/2009 of 1.09.2009; 2/2010 of 18.01.2010; 30/2010 of 6.04.2010; 40/2010 of 10.05.2010; 35/2011 of 28.04.2011; 50/2011 of 07.06.2011; 31/2012 of 05.06.2012, and 56/2012 of 05.09.2012.
The annex specifies the new expiry date for the Agreement to be 30 August 2014.
The remaining provisions of the Agreement shall not be amended.
The contractual value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
