Signing of an annex to the agreement for the provision of contract guarantees with TUiR Allianz

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 23 July 2013, it was informed of the signing of an annex to the agreement for the provision of contract guarantees within the revolving limit, of 8 October 2007, by TUiR Allianz.
Under the annex the term of the agreement was extended to 30 June 2014.
Under this agreement, Budimex SA may order TUiR Allianz Polska SA to issue contract insurance guarantees of up to a total sum of PLN 50,000,000.00 (fifty million zlotys).
Other significant conditions of the agreement remain unchanged.
The contractual value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
