Annex signed to the credit facility agreement with Bank PEKAO SA

The Management Board of Budimex S.A. announces that on 9 July 2013 it received information that on 8 July 2013 the company received an annex to the credit facility agreement of 12 August 2008 signed by Bank PEKAO SA with its registered office in Warsaw, of which conclusion and amendments Budimex S.A. announced in its Current Report Nos. 47/2008 of 12 August 2008, 67/2009 of 13 August 2009, 38/2010 of 4 May 2010, 54/2011 of 17 June 2011, 30/2012 of 30 May 2012, 36/2012 of 3 July 2012 and 27/2013 of 17 April 2013.
Under the annex the term of the agreement was extended to 30 June 2014.
Other significant conditions of the agreement remain unchanged.
The contractual value exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex SA.
