Signing of an annex to the Insurance Warranty Grant with Ergo Hestia SA

The Management Board of Budimex SA announces that on 25 March 2013 the company signed with Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Ergo Hestia S.A., located in Sopot, an annex to the agreement concerning cooperation in providing insurance guarantees within the granted guarantee limit of 18 May 2009, which the Company announced in Current Report nos. 01/2011, 19/2011 and 09/2012.
Pursuant to the annex it was agreed that the total amount of all guarantees established under the agreement shall not exceed 100,000,000 PLN.
Other provisions of the contract remain unchanged.
The value of the contract exceeds 10% of the equity of Budimex S.A.
