Deadlines for publishing interim financial reports in 2013

Pursuant to § 103 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance from 19 February 2009 on current and periodical information to be published by the issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing information required by the law from a non-member state (as amended) (the "Regulation"), the Management Board of Budimex S.A. hereby announces deadlines for publishing interim financial reports in 2013.
Pursuant to § 83, sections 1 and 3 of the Regulation, consolidated quarterly reports and a consolidated half-year report shall include abbreviated individual financial reports for the three or six month period respectively. Consequently, in 2013, Budimex S.A. will not publish separate individual quarterly reports and will not publish a separate individual semi-annual report for the first half of 2013.
Pursuant to § 102 section 1 of the Regulation, Budimex S.A. shall not publish a consolidated quarterly report for the 4th quarter of 2012 and, pursuant to § 101 section 2 of the Regulation, the Company shall not publish a consolidated quarterly report for the 2nd quarter of 2013.
Deadlines for publishing the reports:
1. Budimex S.A. annual report for 2012 – 20 March 2013
2. Budimex Group consolidated annual report for 2012 – 20 March 2013
3. Budimex Group consolidated quarterly reports:
- for the first quarter of 2013 – 24 April 2013
- for the third quarter of 2013 – 23 October 2013
4. Budimex Group consolidated report for the first half of 2013 – 30 August 2013
At the same time, the Management Board announces that, due to the necessity to make the financial data available to a strategic investor, selected financial data from the consolidated financial report of Budimex Group for 2012 will be published on 18 February 2013, and, for the first 6 months of 2013, on 24 July 2013.
